This a tobacco and smoke-free environment. Patrons should respect the library. All backpacks need to be kept at the foyer of the library.
Card Policy:
Residents and nonresidents will be able to obtain a library card with the following documents:
Identification card and any form stating your proper address.
Young readers: Any child 3 months to 18 years of age may fill out a library card with a parent or guardian present.
No charge for library cards
Book Limits:
Adults: 10 books/2 media
Young readers: 4 books/ 2 media (with approval of parent or guardian)
There is a 2-week checkout period with 3 renewals.
There is no charge for late fees at this time. (subject to change)
If books are lost or damaged patron will be charged full price for them, or the patron can replace the item.

Copies are $.25.
Computer Usage:
All public access computers may be used by adults and children 10 years and older. Each patron will need to log the book located next to each computer with a proper name. The librarian has the right to ask for I.D. to ensure documentation is correct. There is a 30-minute limit for computer usage. If you need more time and there is not a wait, please ask the librarian. The usage of the Internet is for job applications, school research, homework help, check email. No obscene or explicit information is allowed.
Parents/guardians are responsible and monitor the children's use of the library's resources and internet use.
Internet Safety:
The content of the internet is unregulated, and the library has no control over the resources available on the web. Users access the internet at their discretion.
Unacceptable uses of the computer:
-viewing graphic sexual materials and content
-downloading and installing software on a library computer
-using the Internet for unlawful purposes-using chat sites.
Any user who fails to comply with these policies will be banned from using the library facilities for 6 months. A statement will be written and signed by the director and patron with the date of dismissal/date of return/reasons.
